We don’t ask you to take our word for the benefit our carbide coating provides. The PEP allows you to try out the coating in your process for six months, at no charge. Once the benefitis proven, you pay for the coating. If you are not satisfied with the performance of our coated feedscrew, we will gladly remove the coating and return the feedscrew to its original condition. We are that sure you will be completely satisfied.

Our guarantee is at least double the life of our coated feedscrew compared to any other feedscrew on the market. Put us to the test, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Some of our distributors do not participate in the PEP due to accounting dictates. In such a case we modify the PEP, to a 12 month guarantee that you will be completely satisfied or we will return your feedscrew to its original condition. In this case the feedscrew AND coating are billed when shipped. Extreme Coatings is then responsible to remove the coating and restore your feedscrew to its original condition if you are not satisfied.
